NOTE: Runners meet for Saturday Morning Breakfast Runs at 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM. The 6:30 AM start time is for those who want to front load for a longer run and get in additional miles before joining the rest of the group at 8:00. Otherwise, the 8:00 group runs variable distances, usually somewhere between 3 and 6 miles. Afterwards, we all meet up for coffee and breakfast.
